Monday-Thursday 9 hours, Friday 4 hours
Job Description:

Main responsbilities: Verify incoming parts and organize their distribution into the production shop. Prepare related documents and determine proper shipping methods for ensuring on time delivery to customers. 
• Unpack received parts, pack outgoing parts
Inspect and verify incoming parts, confirm receiving documents match customer contract 
Note and report discrepancies and obvious damages
Prepare necessary  documents for distribution of work into the production shop
Determine proper shipping method for returning parts to customers
Ensure correct documentation accompanies outgoing parts
Operate Fed Ex and UPS software, DHL and Purolator online database
Suggest improvements to distribution procedures and act to improve timelines or reduce costs

$17 - $25 an hour
Available after six months probation
Required Skills:

 Able to read and comprehend documents
• Strong aptitude for reading part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities correctly
• Basic mathematic skills
• Customer contact skills
• Must be able to operate a computer
• Attention to detail
• Experience with shipping with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Purolator preferred
• Aerospace background preferred
• High school diploma/Post secondary education preferred
