Warranty Policy

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Warranty

   Action Aero warrants at the time of delivery that each product will be:
   1. Free from defects in materials and workmanship for repair work performed;
   2. In conformity with the applicable OEM service manual for each product; and
   3. Suitable for the purpose expressly set forth in such OEM manuals.

2. Warranty Period

   Bleed Valves, Flow Dividers, Fuel Controls, Motive Flow Valves, Overspeed Governors, Propeller Governors, Start Flow Controls, Tank Ejectors, Ultimate Relief Valves: Twelve (12) months from shipment from Action Aero or prior to 1,000 hours of flight service, whichever occurs first.
   
   Electronics and Fuel Nozzles: Six (6) months from shipment from Action Aero, or prior to 500 hours of flight service, whichever occurs first.

3. Exclusions and Limitations  

   Components not stored, preserved, installed, operated, or maintained in accordance with manufacturers recommended procedures.
   
   Components subjected to misuse, abuse, foreign object damage, electrical discharge or other elements outside the control of Action Aero Incorporated.
   
   Component has been repaired or altered by someone other than Action Aero Incorporated.
